Hello i ran into probably a bot today, he was standing for hours and hours in front of a cave and kept killing 2 elites in tiragarde. I stayed with him for a while and killed those elites and dropped BoE plate chest with socket. BUT item level is 22, is there a way to make it drop at 28 or so ?
