On my private server (when 10s were at their peek) we all have access to heirloom legs (and a ring too:D). They definitely make a pretty reasonable difference :o the heirloom plate legs give expertise which gives 6.25% reduced chance to be dodged/blocked/parried ~ Pretty fun against dodge rogues...

You can still stack haste at 11. I only lost around 13% haste when i dinged to 11 from 10. That and it's not all about stacking haste at 10, so god knows where you're coming from, hehe :o what kind of 10 druid is just viable by haste? Not many, imo. Honestly i can see the 11 being more viable...

Ehe, call me awkward but i like to take a different approach for when i'm in the midst of a battle. I like to think that the opponents are just jealous of my sexiness and even though they're trying so hard they still can't keep up with my glamorous, dead high-heeled Nightcrawlers. So yeah...
