If higher level players can see emotes, does, /me Lf shatt port work?

I tried it with a level 90 once and he said that the emote did not show on his screen at all (not even strange gestures) even though I could see it on mine. Only regular emotes seem to work...

You mentioned the term 'stance' before- is that what a 'stance' is , a de facto 'passive' ability that's treated like a spell?

A stance is a passive effect, but at higher levels (or on warriors) you gain more stances so you have to choose between their passive effects. You can only have one stance active at a time, but this isn't a big deal for 20 paladins because there is only one stance to choose from.

Level 50+ I believe it is can't see us talking or any /e emotes but can see /wave or /talk and whatnot

A really good trick is to name your companion "whisper me" or "I need to talk" then point to it repeatedly.

More precisely, given a f2p player's level is N, we have that only players up to levels N+10 (inclusive) will be able to hear that f2p's /says and custom /emotes (/me).
So at level 20, that's level 30, inclusive. I myself am sure since I've been able to talk with level 30 players through /say or custom emotes but not with players at level 31 or greater.
I've also seen leveling f2ps who were below level 10 (say 8 or 9), and level 20 f2ps (including myself) were unable to hear their /says and custom emotes.

It was back in cata so it may have changed but I've been able to talk to level 40+ all the time in gs. I used to duel level 40s so I was able to talk to them but it may have changed since

Fire won't be viable in 5.2 and even right now fire isnt very good. If you are trying to make a crit set as a mage, I would go with skinning ovet alch since you can't use alch in arena.

Pretty sure looms will scale possibly gear. probably not spells.

My guess is looms will scale, other gear will not, hit rating will scale like it does for challenge modes and you will keep the same hit %

but the real problem was the constant missing.

I laugh every time 24's say they still have the enchant advantage...i don't think the majority realized that this was the primary problem.

The real question is will 20s get 24 spells and will 20s be able to use items that require 24, which means running Gnomer for the most part. Some chest farming too.

Either way, the main benefit seems to be hit cap. 24s will still have a chant advantage, but the real problem was the constant missing.

Players in low level Battlegrounds will have their effective level raised to the maximum level allowed in that Battleground bracket. Player's BASE STATS and spells are scaled accordingly, and are treated as the same level when determining hits, misses, and critical effect chances.

Does base intellect contribute to crit chance for a Disc Priest or is it just the +77 (from gear, etc.) that counts? I want to know if my base int increase of 6 will increase my crit chance.
