The diffuse maps didn't load. I've seen that bug happen on NPCs that ferry you on those wee boats in Kul Tiras. Looks really creepy when you only get the AO maps loaded because everything but their eyes glow white and their eyes glow pale blue.

That usually happens when you take a flight while shape-shifted. It always happens to me when I'm in travel form when I take a flight. But if I'm in human/caster form when I take off, it's fine. I guess the game thinks you're still shape-shifted because you never actively shifted out but, on the flyer, you're in caster form and the game is fighting itself on deciding which form you're in.

no confirmed f2p drop, I got 15k attempts, Cristi got 30k+, some wowhead comment claims he got an error that you can’t loot it as a trial char
