Two questions:

1. If I find a chest in a certain area, e.g. Zoram's Strand or a cave, can there be another chest in that same area?

2. If I use a tinket with a long cooldown, can I have several copies of that trinket in the bags and replace the used one with a "fresh" one in the trinket slot and let the cooldwon happen in the bag? If YES, then is this valid for all trinkets, e.g. can I have 10 or 20 insignias or AGMs and just replace them when used?

1. Yes

2. No since then we would all grind 15 AGM's and just replace them endlessly

Healers and targets which you can't burst down fast.

Addon is called Battleground Targets- sometimes you have to click on the targets to see the lvl.

Is there any major difference between horde and alliance queue times? Also are there any organized groups doing premades/arenas?

Horde times are significantly faster than alliance. Theres a range, but its typically 1-3m for WSG for horde and 5-8+ for alliance. AB is a bit more in the air as it depends on enough horde queuing for it. At peak times you can expect a 5-8m wait for horde and a 25+m wait for alliance.

I just looked, and I don't see an option so pretty sure it's impossible to turn on or off. Most of the time I have to target everybody on their team to have their level show up, you can left click on their name in the addon to target them.

and hit browse, go to screenshots, find the one u want, upload to yo screen size, copy forum code, paste to wherever on TI
there will be 2 lines, erase the 2nd one

1. ask a kind 85 P2P to go and check out if that mob is up
2. if it is, he invites you to group and summon you (if not repeat 1 till mob is up :))
3. relax while he kills the mob, loot the hat
4. profit

I'm almost 100% sure that there is an option to turn level notification in Battleground Targets so you can see it in addon window.
@ work atm so can't check it out
