Is it possible to loot Zandalari Warbringer as a level 10?

I have seen 2 different mmochampion posts about levels of flying, 1 says 27(scaled 70) the other says 30(scaled 80), any evidence you have seen to suggest either or is the more likely choice?

Hi all!
I didn't add new stuff to the Q&A due to personal reasons (it's too much of a hassle to play Alpha when you can't stream) and the lack of things to cover.
Since the "Chromie levelling" isn't implemented and we don't know the F2P level cap, I believe there is not much to test. It appears that all expansions should be playable from the get-go, except for Cataclysm (its quests are dependent on flying).
I provided some new answers (1.2.; 4.5.; 6.4.) and used some of the information from @Kórnikus20.

It seems to be working right now on Alpha, but values and reagents should not be final.
The system tries to equalize the value of old materials, allowing crafted items with lower or higher stats and requirements.
For example, I made a default puny ilvl 3 https://www.wowhead.com/item=10045/simple-linen-pants. By creating a Relic of the Past V from runecloth, I crafted another https://www.wowhead.com/item=10045/simple-linen-pants with an ilvl and level requirement of 50.
So far, not all items can modified by a Relic of the Past, only the most basic ones.

Leveling in Northrend is fucking horrible taking 3hrs and 47 minutes to reach level 30.”

In comments he said it seemed like higher levels won’t be able to group with them without sync, and the that he didn’t see any rares up.
Items can still upgrade from quests. But after this squish seems like the difference in stats will be low Though he mentioned that most old content gear sucks just from a speed leveler stand point so..(anything wrath and down)
You might be wondering what the fuck that mace is xd. It’s a reward for the quest to start BfA. The battle for lorderon quest. You can probably skip the scenario and get the item still.

Some classes get both slots filled by Legion artifacts like 2x weapons, or weapon/shield. I assume these combined will be better than BFA weapons if the scaling is not fixed.

Having a head enchant is pretty good, the rest is decent as well but you should replace the pvp trinket and likely the versatility trinket. I have a feeling you can get more sockets on a lot of gear, especially since the set bonus doesnt work, and there are some dungeon sets you can look into. You also can definitely get more enchants on your gear, and those enchants should be focused on large secondary stat amounts or primary stats or both. if a low amount of secondary stats is your only option, then go for the one you can or want to go for. It can also be good if your stacking a secondary stat.
It really depends on how you build your character however. You can even attempt for a balanced build. You might want to look into spellfire + whitemend(maybe not since it would lose your head enchant) set, but thats if your focused on intellect and don't mind lower stamina+secondaries. You can also replace a lot of the gems you have with better ones. Heck it might be better to go to 90 and just get SoO gear, but thats up to you and what you want to do with the character.
I will tell you from personal experience that the spellfire and whitemend set together is extremely powerful in damage, likely with healing as well in that regard. Vs levelers you should fair pretty well, against a BiS or fairly well geared 85 or other twink not so much. A geared out 70 could likely one to three shot you. My 99 healer has some extreme trouble against certain class, spec, and set up 70s. If you are asking how it will fair in shadowlands, thats up in the air but personally I think it wont hold up as well with all the new gearing options from access to all the expansions. Sorry if I seem harsh or rude I am just trying to give honest feedback heh. Hope you have fun with your character!

nah ur not rude at all its all good thx for the help, yea was asking about shadowlands, i thought maybe with all the sockets it might squish and others in the bracket like 49's or something might not have sockets, its a toon i abandoned when i quit raiding during cata, was just wondering, thanks again

At some point, the past Alpha builds became unplayable in my computer and I'd get crashes every ~3min. Got some small new infos to share after a small playthrough:
1. It is not possible to loot Zandalari Warbringer as a level 10. Both the Warbringers and the Scouts were at skull level for a lvl 13 character. They should likely have the "real" level that continents go after your reach max level.
2. https://www.wowhead.com/npc=56705/singegruff sells green gear that apparently is scalable for a few silver coins. That might open pure F2P gearing options.
3. BfA items made with Relics of the Past (additional reagents that up or down gear requirements and level) can upgrade to rare quality,but I have not seen anyone come with a socket right now (believe they can).

Other rares appear to normally scale down according to the zones' level. Currently on retail their drops can upgrade to epic, so we might have some BiS coming from them.

the bfa leveling crafted gear can upgrade to blue but that’s it. No other tertiaries or sockets. The JC bfa leveling rings Do come with sockets already. And lastly, a blacksmith with the Hammer of khazgoroth can make any bfa items they craft with the indestructible tertiary.
