Normal Battlegrounds available at lvl 10.

Is that random queue or do we only have WSG / AB specific queue at level 10?

Also, are there any changes to the honor level system?

Most likely not:
1. Its questline was removed after MoP.
2. You'd have to run raids which do not appear to scale down.
3. The cloack itself requires lvl 35 (pic on main post).

its level 10. We're capped at ten.

Source? It's obvious that level 20s will become 10 (any person with a brain can figure that out) but there isnt any indication that f2p cap will be 10 (though its likely)

No official source. Just acknowledging that level 10 is where all of the content we currently have access to is and level 11 is where all the stuff we dont currently have access to starts.

stocks, BFD, BGs, etc all level 10

SM, gnomer, etc all level 11.

And remember, this isnt a squishing of content where we might accidentally benefit because of changes made downstream in the leveling process. This is a conscious redesign of the entire new player/starter experience. Blizzard is looking at the first 10 levels of the game with purpose. So why would they decide to allow starter accounts to level beyond the newly created starter zone? Why would they consciously allow starter accounts to level into new content? Content they specifically took away by slapping level requirements on physically walking into dungeons.

I suppose there's a chance that they allow starter accounts to level to like 15 or 20 on the basis that the starter zone isnt "enough" but then, why not just make the starter zone larger/longer if they wanted starters to experience more?

There's no proof that its 10. But its 10.

My top 2 questions right now:

Are quest items upgrading at all? If you had an upgraded item, what happens to it?
Are Allied Races bundled with SL? I heard the quests to unlock Allied Races have been removed...

I just asked a live streamer, 0 upgrades (green->blue/purple) but has received sockets/leach. Maybe they update gear to this instead of changing the quality?

they mentioned in an interview I watched that they were getting rid of the warforge/titanforge system, so I guess that tracks with their goal.

Aren't PvP talents unlocked after F2P/Vet?

There are a handful of pvp talents that "require" a level far below when theyre actually accessible. No idea why.
