How to get P2P enchants on your F2P twink

Wasn't being dramatic so much as I was making an observation, at the time they were no longer arguing the point that it's morally explicit to further imbalance the bracket anymore, they're arguing the point that the community should be divided further by shuffling labels around. That's all.

Twinking isn't about being fair. I was in the 19's scene in Vanilla and it was brutal. Twinking is about bettering your character and having an advantage. That's the opposite of fair.

20-24 is becoming the Fox News of the twink brackets, trying to argue that we should be fair and balance when the prospect in and of it's self is not only redundant because they aren't actually twinks because they're actively gimping themselves out of some misguided sense of justice, but it's impossible because other people in the bracket ARE twinking. Those people being 24's and F2P's taking advantage of being able to use the mail.

It's like an entire community agreeing to let the other half of the bracket walk all over them.
Lol yeh people life isn't fair deal with it.

Pfft whatever, Get your boa's and enchants etc. It's going to help you a little bit against a shadow priest who cast mind blast then into a Devouring plague.

As long as you promise to tell me how great the view is from the "moral high ground" in 5.4

The game is probably never going to be balanced, so stop whining about it you kiting boomkins.

It's like an entire community agreeing to let the other half of the bracket walk all over them so they can feel superior.

You're pretty much just being a jerk, actually. You didn't pick up on a single thing I said describing the reason for the divide, and you have the wherewithal to tell us we sound like FOX News?

You really do go to great lengths to see yourself excluded. We all know the basic history of twinking, but you've missed a few years (which you would have picked up on in my previous post). To try and come here and say what we do isn't twinking is irrevocably and significantly more obtuse. An entire community obscured by your narrow perpective. You've placed yourself on the outside and you aren't even looking in. You're Vanilla WoW and Ben & Jerry's is an abomination.

If this is all twinking is to you and everything else is hogwash, then maybe a public forum isn't a good fit for you. Whoever referred you here should have just left you under your rock because it can't be healthy carrying it around with you.

Or, you could just let it go. Drop your rock. Read what people have to say. Stop mocking them.

Or take your Vanilla shit and emotional rock elsewhere.

Typical. It's funny because you accused me of removing myself from the community just to come back with the generic:
"I can't prove my point so I'm just going to insult you and take sarcasm too seriously."

And here I was thinking you could actually hold a discussion without stooping to schoolyard bullying. Lmao. Can't be helped I suppose.

I'm done, unless someone can actually discuss this like an adult, preferably someone with a sense of humor.

Xao tight now ur the one arguing like fox news completly ignoring what people has to say and then talk bout how twinking was like little less than a decade ago. I'm not going to write a long posts as I know you won't read it.

I'm not in anyway pro these looms even though some people got that idea in the last thread, I just hate the word "pure". I have a P2P, I could make a spriest hunter or hpala and go 123-0 every game but I don't find that fun. Me and alot of other people play F2P not because it is free but because that's what the majority plays.

You and a few others doing this seem to consider yourselves heroes for doing this fighting away the bad guys that pay what you don't understand is that by doing this you also become the bad guy. People will most likely exclude you yes and most people will probably agree that we'd rather have bad guys that pay in the bracket than bad guys that don't.

And no I don't need homework on how twinking looked like years ago, I was there. I like to believie that twinking has matured with the times but it seems like some people can't forget the past even though it was pretty darn aweful. If someone asked me to play today in a bg 6 years ago I'd slap him across the face, todays WoW is alot better but people tend to idolize the past.

I had one more point to make but I forgot, GL.

Actually, I did prove my point, and you didn't read it or even acknowledge it. You fired shots first, calling my friends obtuse and belittling their community, which I broke down for you the foundations of it completely and just how it wasn't obtuse. Then you shrug it off without argument because it doesn't fit your definition of twinking, stemming way back from the times of vanilla. Don't you see the irony?

Do you not continue to see the irony in this entire attitude as a reply?

No argument. All snide remarks.

That sort of debate might work in highschool and politics but I'm afraid you're speaking to an adult.

Eventhough what you're saying is entirely true, and I think that atleast most of us will agree on that we strive for comptativeness. But what you didn't include in your equation is that 5.4 probably will have a negative impact on all F2Ps, with the insane advantage P2P'ers gets.

To be fair, no, no one has actually played a 5.4-BG to see what it's like in action, but judging from duels and arenas etc, all things seem to point to that it'll be unplayable for a non-P2P (MOST classes atleast) - way worse than Cata.

Now, for me, and to many others, I think, the choice is really between quitting the F2P-bracket, or gathering the advantages P2P'ers have. And I am no doubt choosing the latter.

I have no moral dilemma with this at all:

* I am paying Blizzard each month (x2 btw, both EU and US) - so I'm not really worming on someones elses' money.
* We all do everything to get an advantage already, getting heirlooms, leveling proffs, etc - just do be more powerful than the opponent.

Just shut the fuck up, You are making yourself look like a Fool.

TwinkInfo is srs.

Don't see why we all can't just have a discussion lmao. Didn't know the subject was this critical.

I blame debate club from highschool. It's an addiction.

It's an issue that's come around since Bliz separated xp-off battleground brackets. There's essentially a new school of thought within the twinking community. Whereas the old school's entire purpose was to become as OP as possible at low levels to farm leveling players, the new school just wants a fair, different pvp experience outside the excessive grind of endgame.

tl;dr: tl;dr

Anyways, keep things in perspective. Enjoy the game and the company of the people playing it. Keep in mind that real people make all those pixels move around your screen (I'd normally make a botitng joke here, but I really haven't been seeing many lately!). Some play hunters, some speak different languages, some keyboard turn, some convince GMs to open their mail and some give Blizzard $15 a month. And I bet a lot of them would get along pretty damn well if they knew each other beyond these completely ridiculous differences.

Point being...well I have no point. People won't always agree. They'll make different decisions and probably argue to justify them. Not every argument needs to be won.

Yeah, I agree to disagree. No point in arguing it further. Swoops is right.

Doesn't matter if you pay for your acc or not; you will be p2p to everyone else

If you cant beat them, join them I guess

Just like gear scaling it will take a few weeks but I have faith in blizz atm until then I will probably just farm rare pieces etc.
