I made 19s in 2006, I still have some, waiting for the bracket to improve. I've always said many times over that the 19 bracket has a chance to be a really great bracket, if you take away the toxic behaviors like farming, delaying caps in order to farm more HKs, and afking out, and now, collecting IP addresses & DDoSing. Your shitter friends got caught having all the ethics of a toad, now you can face the consequences like the men you pretend to be.

Its about time the Toxic Shitters got purged from the bracket, it's long overdue.

Have you played 19s recently? Cleary not. You speak as if you actually know what goes on in this bracket when you are most obviously stuck in whatever past delusion you've conjured up in that head of yours. The only thing that makes this bracket toxic is you and Nastaygurl coming in here and stirring up drama in brackets you haven't played in years. Play a game and you'll see what the bracket is really like. Although if I run into you, I would love to go out of my way to keep you and only you in the GY for the duration of the game. Though out of my love for the community (which you and nastay are no part of), I will refrain from such unbecoming behavior. Otherwise the bracket is full of competitiveness and capping flags. Stop being the definition of ignorance.

Stop lying to cover up for yourself and your friends. If any of you had a "love for the community", you would want the Cup to not become the joke that the recent RBG Cup became after they allowed known cheaters, DDoSers, & hackers to participate.

You act as if you know me or any of my friends personally. This is a topic you know nothing about, just as you know nothing of this bracket. There is not one game as of late that any sort of delayed cap, containing, or farming has taken place. Unless there is like 6 rogues on a team and it is pretty one sided, which is something that really can't be prevented. But to be honest with you, 19s will always be better than farming free to plays. Take notes, you may yet learn something.

GF'd gear will 100% be allowed in the tournament. There was no rule about it last year and there wont be a rule about it this year. People will not be penalized for having played twinks longer than someone else. There is no piece of GF'd gear that is game-breaking and people build their gear set according to their play-style.
 
Forgive me if this was already mentioned, but does the "2 stealth limit" include all classes with the capability to stealth, e.g., Guardian Druids or Balance Druids?

guardians and resto druids are excluded.
