I never complain, but today, I have to complain. And the target of my ire today... is me.

So I'm out of town at the moment, at my folk's place to celebrate my mom's birthday with her. I knew there were a couple of days left of Darkmoon Faire, and before I left, I was up to 159 tickets. 159... ONE short of being able to get the BoA I need. No problem, says I, I'll bring my laptop with me and just play the dailies for the last ticket I need, and buy the BoA before the faire closes. I remembered my laptop, charger, headphones, and a mouse. I was all set to go! I even logged in to the game from home on my laptop to make sure everything was up to date. I had forgotten nothing!

Nothing, that is, except my Blizzard Authenticator.

So now I'm going to have to wait an entire month, with 159 tickets in my pocket, to get any BoAs on my latest character. And I also don't have much to do during the downtime here as I thought I would. This is sad and depressing. Feel for me!

good news, I think the daylight saving time cause a glitch to DMF.

it is 12:20 pm on Sunday and DMF is till going on. You can still get 5 more tickets (...on a US sever?).

I expect this to get fix this Tuesday with the restart, but it can be fix when programmers go back to work Monday morning.

For about a week now, I've been constantly having 150-300 ms that Fluctuates in that range. I usually get 90-100 ms on Aerie Peak. It's pissing me off. Anyone know what could cause this to happen?

Wardriving: check if anyone's on your router.

Hidden background downloads: Google shit does this all the time. Check your network activity in the Performance tab in Task Manager.

Sunspot activity can mess with all things RF, and sattelites, but I think we aren't experiencing much right now.

I live in Cali.....my problem with internet is getting it paid in time, bill comes in AFTER its cut off, wtf is that? Lol

So someone digging near my neighborhood cut a phone line. Internet went out yesterday (Yes I have DSL, live in a place with 0 options), phone line restored today but the internet still won't work. Phone company said it's the internet provider's fault, internet provider said it's the phone company's fault but if we pay them a fee and wait 5-10 days they can fix it. Not having tried to do so for quite some time, I'm not sure I can live without internet for 5-10 days.

In short:

In short:

This might be a long shot but I'll throw it out there... if you have decent cell reception where you are at (preferably Verizon) you could do something like this:

You'd "buy" a Verizon grandfathered unlimited plan off Craigslist if you don't have one. Then get a home router that takes a sim card, so you don't have to use that MiFi thing. The dude in the video downloads over 60 gig worth a month without any trouble from Verizon. I'd see if you can get someone with Verizon first and test WoW over it to see if it's doable. LTE tends to be pretty fast,, it's usually around 20-10 down and 10-5 up, which is more then plenty.

Similar. Multiple runs. Item has dropped multiple times. Lose it every time to people who can't even equip it. They need to chance the loot system on low levels to how it is in the high levels.

Had a really weird bg. I was on alli side and somehow horde was running with 5 (and then pretty quickly only 3) people in the beginning. People on our team just decided to try and get it over quick since the whole thing was kinda pointless. 2 caps in horde finally gets a full team. Took them maybe 4 min to roll us in a 3-2 victory. They had 3 24s and an awesome f2p druid, but still, was pretty sad on our part. Take home message from it though, never count the other team out.
