Same tagging system as Quest NPCs. Dont need to be in a group to get the credit. As long as you tagged it, you get loot.

119 = 333 loot, havent checked for 110s yet
got 333 cloak on my ret , 333 cloak and 333 ring + socket on my rogue

it drops 180 gear on 110, so u dont have to worry about it
