It's an empty small, which I am able to use with a Profession Quest drop. On Beta, Garrison worked for me just fine, got it maxed out (LvL 2, all Buildings) but now in Prepatch I'm stuck without being capable of progressing.

looking more like its just old rares then.

Testing on an alt now to confirm the legion end quests. Im 5/7 chapters on a zone so ill know in about 30.

Since the guy who was "almost done" still hasnt reported back yet I figured Id just knock a zone out.

I am not almost done for my druid, but if its still not reported back on by the time im done ill post my findings heh.
 
Can also confirm that the legion ilv50 gear remains :)

I was able to obtain trinket with level 1 Lumber Mill, just needed to get the lumber mill and then search around for the quest giver outside of garrison

Something goofy is going on here. My two ideas based on what other have said are 1. The rares have been up since before the hotfix still dropping ilvl 44 loot. Or 2. Chromie timeline matters? Someone said they were still getting ilvl 44 loot on TBC timeline. I think its the first option really. Not for sure though. Time will tell.

Timeline affecting it would be strange, but when I rolled through The Pits right after the news came out, I highly doubt I was kitting things that had just spawned. There were far too many of them. And they still gave me lowered items.

Most of them spawn relatively quickly actually, just the neck one and the hunter one take a while to spawn pretty sure.
 
Update! Added a new section explaining how to get the Barov Lumberjack Caller! Thank you to those that brought this to my attention!

Thank you for bringing this one to my attention! Here's what ya gotta do to get this trinket. Note: Can do this at Lumber Mill Level 1.
1. Build and complete a Lumber Mill.
2. Do the first couple of quests that go along with it.
3. Then go out into Draenor and find https://www.wowhead.com/object=235094/fallen-tree , I found mine in Shadowmoon Valley.
4. This will give you a new garrison follower!
5. Go back to your Garrison and get https://www.wowhead.com/quest=36448/reduction-in-force from your new NPC, then finish the quest and you now have a new trinket!

You gotta go out in the world and find the Fallen Log that has the NPC follower trapped under it. Once he's your follower he'll have the quest back in your garrison assuming you dont send him out on a mission.

I can never find this fallen tree, its like it doesn't exist but everyone else has found it!
 
All good @Warglave :)! @ warriors302 try clicking on my wowhead link to it in my new write up about it. It shows a few of its spawn locations, I'm not sure if its a 100% spawn at each location, but I found mine at the southeastern spawn in Shadowmoon Valley. Hope that helps.
