After doing another round, it seems that this is true,

Confirmed unscaled:
Aquaiir (ring)
Mother of Goren (str neck)

Confirmed to be scaled:
Lady Temptessa (leather boots)
Gor'gak the Lava Guzzler (Fist Weapon)
Nagidna (leather shoulders)
Avalanche (1h str mace)
Silvermaw (2h str sword)
Jabberjaw (Shield)
Son of Goramal ( 1h str mace)

Kinda weird, but and based on the previous post, I'd say everything besides rings and Off-hands have been scaled, but lets get more data i suppose

I'm like 90% through one of the legion questlines, just couldn't finish it before work - really hope they don't hotfix it while I'm stuck here lmao this expansion is going to end up a shit show if these items remain GF'd.

These 40+ilvl twinks will be so far ahead of anything else in the bracket.
It'll be fun for a while but won't end in a healthy way.
 
Looks like ring/neck/(maybe back?)/offhand are not nerfed. Today got 2 rings and neck dropped and they still 44.
All main pieces with boots, bracer, (belt not confirmed) weapons/shields are nerfed.
This is my experience

I'm in full 44s for resto/boomy and feral. They definitely need to fix this shit for the health of the bracket. I love that I have some sick ass gear, but no one is gonna queue if I have double their health and can do double their damage. Kind of just cuts growth of the bracket, and levelers won't queue to fill the gaps of missing vets(i mainly queue rando bgs just for fun)

It's confirmed that cloak necks and rings are still ilvl44 as of now.. Off hands need to be confirmed by those who farm them
 
I feel like yesterday before the nerf I was able to loot maniacal madgard multiple times per reset. I looted the neck twice yesterday on my 50 and was able to loot Apexis crystals twice on my 20. Last night and this morning I killed him twice more and was unable to loot it on either toon. My assumption was this rare as well as hoarfrost, both with longer spawn times, had different loot rules than the rest of the wod rares I’ve killed and were able to be camped/farmed in a more traditional way. Seems like they at least changed that even if the loots is still 44. I’ll post to confirm once I get it.
Note: there is a chance that all this farming has warped my sense of time and that those two kills were spread over two resets but I’m pretty sure it’s been changed.
 
Kind of a sigh of relief, I need rings and neck and cape on hunter. I didn't get the proc wep, but I got the crit vers one from talador.

I looted the neck from Madgard about an hour ago
 
@SkunkyMunky I know it's pretty common knowledge, but if you do quests for relics and they proc epic it's +6 instead of +5; not sure if that's the case for 19s as well but i'd imagine so
 
So I feel like I should know this, but what's the highest artifact weapons can go for f2p post-hotfix?
