When I get https://www.wowhead.com/item=118475/hearthstone-strategy-guide from missions and try to apply it, then it was message saying that action impossible to make on almost everyone except https://www.wowhead.com/follower=153/bruma-swiftstone-kala , https://www.wowhead.com/npc=82479/artificer-romuul , https://www.wowhead.com/npc=75884/rulkan , https://www.wowhead.com/follower=171/pleasure-bot-8000 , https://www.wowhead.com/follower=208/ahm and https://www.wowhead.com/npc=82489/apprentice-artificer-andren
And even on them nothing happen when you use it - https://www.wowhead.com/item=118475/hearthstone-strategy-guide remain on a bag too

I would really love it if there was some kind of organized effort for f2p dungeon runs for the dungeons we can't queue for. I still haven't gotten through any yet on my own.

for https://www.wowhead.com/item=98059/korkron-supply-satchel, i dont think they are available for f2p. the mobs west of morshan ramparts scale to level, wowhead says those mobs dont drop the satchel since 8.3, i farmed there for about an hour and got none. there are level 35 (previously 90) mobs northwest of ratchet that do drop the satchel, but they are not lootable on level 20.

a lot of people are still grinding out Pillars of Creation questlines, so the pool of available players for socket runs is probably slim.

Two noobie questions from a f2p who's totally new to the artifact and socket system. note - I do have access to Chromie.
1) I have artifact weapons on my drood. Are relics only available from legion quests and dungeons?
2) The socket system. Basically, what is/is there a best gem for socketing? Or where should I be looking for gems? Specific Chromie patch? Or quest/dungeons? I see some are available from PVP vendors.

What is "best" comes down to personal preference, playstyle and BG roles, and is frankly beyond the scope of a "baseline" guide. But as a druid, you can amass a solid set of gems from various vendors like the apexis shard vendors, honor hold/thrallmar vendors and marks of honor vendors.

You can buy the ones with marks of honor on your twink and they're ilvl 45.

grab the unique-equipped gems relevant to your class/spec listed in this section:
than look for 2/2 crafted or bought (with Marks of Honor) gems relevant to your class/spec. 2/2 can be:
primary stat/stamina
primary stat/secondary stat
stamina/secondary stat
will have a more comprehencive list of gems up soon.

Idk about Horde, but for Alliance, you have an option when you talk to the NPC in SW harbor to skip the scenario and go straight to Dalaran.

worth noting: if you finish the little prep quest (the one where you eat, polish armor, enchant weapon to get 3 buffs) you can claim the https://www.wowhead.com/item=138450/signet-of-stormwind (or Horde equivelant), drop the follow-up quest, then skip the Broken Shores Intro quest-line.

For clarity, I have already run through this on Kiwano & obviously have my Artefact Weapon etc...
I've just tried it on both Twïnkle & Sârâh who (like all the alts in my signature block) are on the same (Vet) account. (I'm even more confused about the Alliance toons - same account, but that's another story.)
There is no option to skip The Battle for Broken Shore.
HOWEVER I put lots of links in when I post stuff - OCD maybe - but as I linked to the quest I noticed the most recent comment, which I've posted the simplified correct part of:
Then accept the Battle for Broken Shore quest. Don't talk to Captain Russo! Go back to talk to Holgar Stormaxe at the gates of Orgrimmar with the quest still in your log, and he should have the dialogue for you to skip the scenario and teleport right to Dalaran.
Works perfectly. Easy when you know how - RTFI FTW!
