How can someone change something by not contributing to that change? Even if they do nothing they have in effect done something to contribute to change. ie: conscientious objection and the non-violence practices of Mahatma Ghandi.

How were they wasted? People have been using some Hot Shots for years. May continue to still use them. Who knows how they will scale. Exactly what the new stats will be. May be better just to stay at 24, lvl to 25 for a minor cosmetic glyph. Me, I will keep my 20's at 20. May experiment with higher levels on new toons to see which a best for gearing and scaling. That may take months after WoD comes out. But, that is most of the fun.
Need to look at the cup half full, not half empty.

Wasted hotshots for bloated 24s. The glass is full.
If WoD kills f2p (which I don't think it will), but increases balance of the other brackets, that will be the day I resub. Personally, much of the reason I f2p WoW is, as much as this bracket is imba as hell, I don't feel like the rest of the game is much better, if at all. If they bring in PvP gear rewards, pull in the reigns on enchants, and bring better parity of the classes, I will gladly give them $15 a month to play. Until then, my boycott endures.
Biting the bullet and finally eliminating grandfathered gear, which only hurts new players, wouldn't hurt either.

So this entire thread is based on a one word answer from someone that may or may not have read the question, and then doesn't answer any of the specific questions about how it affects lower brackets? Definitely worth 13 pages?!
Let's assume it's real though. Scaling would still exist. Forget F2P, since Blizz really don't care, but what about leveling noobs? I can't imagine Blizz wanting to unbalance leveling BGs. With a four level difference, the major difference in BGs are the spells you get at different levels, which I do think make all leveling BGs unbalanced. More so with some classes than others. With a ten level spread, again, assuming this actually happens, perhaps Blizz will scale spells too.
Either way, this, and other end of the (F2P) world threads are unfounded. As mentioned before, jajas will not stop playing F2P. F2P exists because it's free. As long as it's free, people will keep playing it.

2. 0-9 brackets were around longer than the 0-4,5-9 brackets. I am sure scaling should/ will fix many of the issues from the past.

So, you've never heard of a word getting another meaning than what was intended. Please get off your high horse, you know what he means and so does everyone else that read his post which means that the word actually has a different meaning than it's original intent. Who are you to decide what is tolerable and not? You aren't a moderator nor an admin. 2) Obviously, and they were changed to create balance. Ten levels is a big difference. I don't see why they would want to go back without taking steps to recreate that balance, or perhaps even improve it.

4) It's just lol bur kek. If you've ever played with Thais, they type it as 555. They have a similar reputation to the South American jajas we have in US WoW.

I must say, just for future purposes in case I am right, that I will publicly laugh at everyone who freaked out about the "new" 20-29 bracket just because someone simply replied "yes" to question that could have been misunderstood as "Is WoD going to have a level 90-99 bracket" if it was just given a quick glance. That is all I have for this pointless thread

Im just hoping some F2ps & P2p 20s w/ restrictions still play for the challenge aspect of the game id hate to see so many of my favorite players leave or break their restrictions.

I will definitely be keeping my two 20's. You just never know how the scaling will work. It is so easy to reroll a toon now. There is no real reason to level one up. And with subsequent patches, you just never know what is going to happen. Who knew 3 years ago that our 29's might come back life again, presuming they do.
