Play what you like. Is it great, no. Can you dot everything and do decent damage, yea. This isn't the norm though and the burst is non-existent.

They are no longer obtainable. However, I have not read anything about removing existing cloaks.

I kind of feel like anyone who is still repeating this isn't actually queueing to find out. I played all weekend and we were getting pops left and right. Even got an AV in the afternoon on Saturday.

Although to be fair, Adal I don't know off the top of my head if you're EU or not. If you are, I wouldn't know what's going on over there. But if so, then you ought to specify so in comments like this, because US queue times seem to be improving significantly.

it's monday morning in AU when everyone is queueing for av after fishing on a sunday. it's entirely frustrating.

For better or worse, Flurry is no longer a proccing buff, but rather a passive always-on bonus to haste for enhance. Flurry - Spell - World of Warcraft

DoTs have ticks. Ticks are good. Ticks make Bacon Jesus happy. Would Bacon Jesus be happier if I had a bit of Haste, to make Rends DoT tick more? Would that be a thing?

I just wanna make Bacon Jesus happy D:

No, rend does not scale with haste.

But, it isn't affected by armor so there's that!
