1. One party leader targets the other party leader
2. The party leader hits H (or whatever the default screen for honor is), clicks the "Wargame" tab along the bottom
3. Party leader selects a wargame to choose from (usually "All Arenas"
4. Remember that it's impossible for 20s to do battleground wargames

Sometimes if I have a bit of time I play an ally shaman that is more fun to me than pally or priest at the moment. And I might see you in GW2 in a few weeks, but waiting to buy until uni starts fulltime again and I don't have to work.
Currently I'm sick in bed with a horrible flu. -_- Completely overworked.

Nope. I looked it on wowhead but it seems like you only can buy it from 2 vendors on horde side.

375 is the highest level cooking you can attain.
Recently, the best foods were moved to require level 25, so the best food buff from cooking is +6 stamina, from numerous foods -
Curiously Tasty Omelet
Goblin Deviled Clams
Lean Wolf Steak
Hot Lion Chops
Big Bear Steak
Crispy Lizard Tail
Don't forget to include Savory Deviate Delight imo
And keep in mind there's always Halaani Whiskey, Rumsey Rum Black Label

I just looked over the panda racials, they do have a 4 sec incapacitate on 2min cd but I don't see how they can sap for 13 sec (with 8 being normal)
