are loot tables broken again atm? cause if they dropped from a crate they wouldn't be scaled, and the crates that dropped them no longer drop them.
there more but I cant be stuffed SS all off em.

You can tell by the "background" that they're on the Auction House... and anyone who still has old "crates" today receives iLvl-60 gear when they open them.

The real question is can these still upgrade from crates to level 60 epics? Who has 1 lying around and wants to open it a few hundred times on the ptr

Items scale within the level range of the zone. STV doesnt scale down to 20 so the items in it stv dont scale to 20.

The item level floor is the zone level minimum for questing.

I am Horde. Pretty sure that's an alliance only item.

Can free accounts get items to upgrade?
I've ran stockades at least 20 on void elfs hoping that the quest item Riffle Commander's Eyepatch upgrades, but it hasn't. I know dungeon quests can upgrade cause the other day I saw a dude had the ring equiped from the exact same questline, but it was epic.
