Does anyone have any tips on farming fenissa? It's been a pain in the butt!

Buy another wow acc. Create trials in low pop realms and use it as a realm hopper. Make 3-4 more starter lvl 20's for free (this part will take the longest but worth) and get 4 drops per world hop x10 realm hops. Atleast 30-40 Fenissa drops an hour instead of 1.
This method works for farming any rare.

She spawns every hour, so keep track of your kill times and hope there's no competition. If you can realm hop or join a group that does it will go much quicker. Also make a targeting macro that you can spam as you ride around looking for her.

Since you should be mounting and riding the various paths, a tank spec will keep you from being dazed and the ability to heal up is nice. So pally/monk are good options. Maybe druid too?

God i find the constant logging in and out custom group creating experience during the pacifier farm a torturous experience.

Someone tldr this stalled hand in method that saxxon our BOP purple geared overlord has just mentioned plzzzzzzz. So one may consider what level of rage one should appoint to the realisation of wasted opportunity on much loved toons.

i have a somewhat simple theory that has done pretty well for me..
in hearthstone, your chance of getting a legendary card drastically drops after you get a legendary card from a pack, my assumption is that blizzard has a somewhat similar feature in wow, so i stagger important quests with a lot of filler quests inbetween, ontop of that ill hold a main quest for 4 weeks or so before i hand in.
i cant exactly prove this, but it worked for like 4 pieces of BOP epic gear, 3 of which went from green>epic
