If you prefer Resto Druid, why don't you make one? I'm not much of a healer, though in bg's Disc Priests are still a nuisance and Mistweavers also seem good this Patch.
I saw 2 Misty's a few nights back sticking together, healing each other and their team. They were insane the healing they were doing.
I'm yet to really test my Misty in 8.0. But it does look better than Legion.
I'm usually on morning US time. From time to time I'm on at other odd times, but more often morning US.
If you wanna run some 20 heals, I'll gladly bring the cavalry in the form of a Huntard or Warrior ;)

Holy priest seems to be not as good as in legion
Disc and rsham are pretty much both hybrids now but strong stuff.
Rdruid and mw are much better than in legion
Havent seen many hpalas so not sure how they are doing.

I was aware, as I noticed the Heirloom trinket no longer worked, but I was just trying to clarify what @turokgg might have meant, as his wording was a little confusing to me.

I just flew the second alt to the spawn point for Impus he was walking around. I fished a while & had the slow drop rate for Desecrated Seaweed expected, but as well as fishing up several fishing bobber toys I would sometimes get a Faintly Pulsing Felstone (unique, so you can only hold one) which require level 98 to use. There was a high level Horde player fishing next to me all this time. From time to time he would (it seemed) summon an Infernal Destroyer - I guess using a Faintly Pulsing Felstone. When he did so for about a minute there was a snow effect (but rising snow) and I would catch Desecrated Seaweed in 2s, 3s or 4s. Around 20 in each period of the effect.

(I'll add a screen shot here eventually.)

Twice I got killed by the Infernal Destroyer & by the time I ran back the effect was ending, so don't stand too close!

No idea what was going on here, but it will make the grind easier. I reached the cap of 100 really quickly, once I worked this all out.

Not worked out how I'm going to get the rep to buy the Desecrated Seaweed Shirt yet, even though I have enough Desecrated Seaweed.

Ok, so that's exactly how the Margoss grind works. You can fish the currency slowly but high levels can summon a boss, kill it and you get a buff that increases the catch rate of the currency. Good stuff!

Also @Celax @icehawk and @Fat Al let's get a bg group together like we do dungeons. Maybe give celax a few weeks to get a druid ready? Does the weekend of the 18 work for yall?

That'd work for me. Was planning on starting one up and getting it to 20 this week.

All I can say boys......... make some space in your bags as we'll be farming bg boxes ;)
 
I'll try and get a resto druid all ready for then! It's been a while, but I've played resto frequently since vanilla, and am quite good with them. I'll brush up on it. :p

If all else fails, I have my rogue who is quite good geared. I also have a pretty good geared (Mostly Warforged gear) hunter, an okay geared warrior, and a non geared sham and pally. :p Though the pally does have an i34 wrist! XD

Just did the DMF quest and Pandaria cooking didn't level.
Max 25 Pandaria cooking for us then (except for maybe Panda bonus) :(

I would beg to differ. I know MM seems strong on paper, but BM is no slouch either.

I've been playing restro druid since Cata... and I boy, I feel their are really good and fun in 8.0... I'm up to heal anybody just hit me up

Any hunter spec is viable and can top the charts right now.

MM hits like a train and MOC when timed right is insane, and can rack up KBs back to back fast, due to it resetting CD when you get a KB with it. Ergo, time it right and you can take out numerous people and fast. Particularly good when in mid in EoTS and standing back doing that and picking people off with AS.

BM is able to overwhelm pretty quickly and while not as hard hitting as MM, is more consistent and definitely a lot easier and doesn't require having people peel for AS nukes or having to rely on timing MOC for back to back KBS.

Surv hits less hard than it did, and isn't as OP as it was, but can still steamroll most classes that aren't healers.
 
I’m super happy to see BM Hunter back in the mix. I’ve mained BM since I started playing WoW, and last X-Pac nerfed them into the ground.
So it’s great to see them competitive again :)
I haven’t given Marks or Surv a real go yet. Every time I try Surv I get into a Horde premade and spend too much time rez’ing :eek:
Damn Horde. Let me crack skulls in peace as Surv! :p
