I dont play either but from what I've gathered on the forums, both have wargames but 59s do so more frequently.

If you want to make a 70 on either horde or alliance (on US) Bleeding Hollow is the place. If youre on horde, i can help you out with plenty.

59 is the most active wargame bracket at the moment.
Random battlegrounds are very possible within the next 30-60 days too. A great deal of players are in the process of rerolling to participate. If you're looking for competitive games, this is your best bet.

These bracket trends like 59s, seems like people are hardcore bored
