I’m assuming your asking how 70s can xmog 80 gear. It is now 1-60 and 60-80 for xmog gear, so any apparent you’ve had or gained from wrath can now be used on your 60 or 70 twink

It’s actually 58-80 for mog my 59 uses ICC set mog for DK
