Na I tried on my main, where you got 8seconds, doesn't seem to work, tried twice. & 19's would have done it, if it was possible.

Is that not what twinking is all about? Stretching the boundaries and seeing what is acheivable? Short of outright hacking of course

Haha, very true. I ended up getting a few alts to 85 and became engulfed in raiding/arenas. I should have my account back up sometime tomorrow and plan to begin working on more. I doubt I'll stack 'em up as quickly as before, but who knows? The top 10 is where I wanna get my guy to.
