Activity is increasing in general near the top as of late. I am also surprised there are not more from the US with higher scores. There probably are some, we just don`t know about them!

Sad to hear that. I suspect he has enough pts to remain on the list forever anyways, unless there is an explosion of interest and loads of people start grinding them.
