20 Twinking is really bad.

Honestly maybe it is just hunters and wars that make 20s broken. Its sort of like enti's in wotlk where every mongoloid could go on the ah and buy a grey sword and just run around wrecking w/o any thought or learning how to play.

that's the thing. Still believe Sader heal is going to be short-lived, but we will see.
Enti-reference is p relevant, it IS similar.

No I mean the dums that did a few quests and half bought some gear on 19s so they could spam SS on lowbies and farm graveyards were made fun of. That seems like the entire bracket now.

Not going to lie and say I didnt Enti it at all, but damn it got old quick. Only novel for a few games. If you want to spend hours being that broken you are probably special needs.

You really should try to gear up and wargame bg, if they are available, or even just find a few people to Queue wargame arenas w.it, will be a better experience for you.
 
Maybe. In the process of making a hunter to see how broken it is and vent frustations on some of the bad hunters.

Glad to see so many people defending the bracket. I have played since just before tbc release and twinked just as long. Tbc twinking was imbalanced. Except twink against twink. Leg armors were broken. I am still terrible at the game but i love farming stuff for my twinks. If you try to ignore hunters and sader. The bracket is so good right now. And ease of access, which btw max level isnt. I dont even have a max level this expansion. Constantly new players, big pog.

Clickbait thread? There is nothing wrong with current gear. It’s the healthiest it’s been in years because it’s fairly easy to be competitive but does require a time investment. If people didn’t roll Hunters the bracket would be tenfold better than it currently is.

  • We have arguably the healthiest twink economy we’ve had in years (or ever).
  • F2p can farm most expansions to get decent gear. Look at Chops MoP trinket as an example.
  • When you’re not in BGs there is other stuff to do. It doesn’t take 1 hour to gear up it takes a lot of time which is a good thing.
  • Any vet can level a 24 and farm legion boes.
  • Any vet can level a 22 and farm blue armor or green bfa/legion weapons.
  • Any twink (f2p or vet) can farm tbc epic armor (neck/ring) or blue weapons (essence focuser)
  • You could probably stop XP at 17 to farm epic weapons and then ticket to re-enable on a f2p.
  • All twinks can farm legion epics for spicy sockets & terts.
  • All twinks can farm BfA dungeons for spicy sockets & terts.

The best thing about Shadowlands twinking is the massive variety of gearing options available to us. It would make for a very boring bracket if we all had the same gear as has overwhelmingly been the case in previous expansions.

I wonder if your problem with current twinking is the requirement to invest time more regularly, than simply picking it up every few months as has been the case in previous expansions?

28s are in my opinion just lazy and are only ever better then 2 socket pieces as 3 socket ones already outpreform them.
Fp2 chars are slightly weaker if not on par with most vets in preformance. And at that point there are other factors to take in account like countless luck factors and skill ofc.
 
there is a time and place for twinking. Right now retail is trash. TBC twinking is dead. TBC endgame in full season two arena gear is the new twinking. Shiting on peoples alts has been a blast.

This thread adequately displays the same mental retardation journey that hunter rerollers go through upon booting up shadowlands for the first time. Most people dealt with this months ago.

oddly enough this can be displayed across every major xpac. I feel bad for all the resto druids and shamans people rolled back in bfa that are just gathering dust.
 
I like the fact that this xpac you could build anything... it might suck ASS, but if I want 60% crit... I can get it.

If I want to roll out with a Warmonger for some wacky 50% haste build... I can get it.

It's been an expensive xpac, I can say that.
