You may want to read the guide again.
The first four of the possible azerite quests in the path give 280 pieces. The last 3 give 295. The example in the guide has those 3 - but you don't necessarily have to do it in that order. The scrolls quest always gives a 295 piece.
Can you not turn XP off for the 110-`119 bracket anymore?

There are 2 quests in each zone that reward azerite gear. They often conclude a chapter in the zone story, but not always. So Drustvar1 is probably halfway through all of the drustvar story, and Drustvar2 is going to be near the end of the story...usually.
The quests are linked in the gear sections, so if you want you can see the exact quests and look at wowhead comments for a full list of the story quests for that zone.
Hello first post here. I have a 119 that I followed this guide to get 300 Azerite gear. After I turned off XP I finished each zone and did the Dungeon quest at the end of each zone. When I did that all the Azerite gear from Dungeon bosses is now 295 and the Azerite gear from Rares is also 295. So save those rares until you have full cleared. This will give you more pieces to get for a vast variety of Traits.

All that happens at 117, nothing special. All the rares and dungeon azerite goes to 295 as soon as you ding 117.
Yeah, but just double check when youre turning the quest in. It should show a 295 piece as the reward.
