It's the glass cannon theory. Id say the boa cloth is better for priests, where as the inferno is still top for locks, glass cannon mages. In the end, it will help balance the cloth classes for Alliance.

umm yeah they do. +2 works on both boa ranged weapons. sp trinket gives 7. resil insignia gives 6 resil. both bar and headmaster's charge carry 6 crit rating into 19s. add the gun for another 2 crit rate.
