End of the f2ps?

While there is an advantage to be had with 5.4, for 24s, it's not really that HUGE. People are making it out to be like some catastrophic disadvantage for F2P. It's just the more I think about it, the more I realize that it really isn't THAT much of a disadvantage.

If WoW manages to scale these properly, all these 90 enchants will just be scaled to be like a normal enchant. Sure, it'll be an enchant 24s did not have before, but it is not like skill can't outdo it. A skilled F2P will always be able to kill a completely unskilled P2P. If it was the same class (for both F2P and P2P)and skill lvl was the same, then of course P2P would win. No doubt about it.

I think 24s are leaving, not because it's not faceroll, but because they can. If F2Ps could go up to 40, they would. Well P2Ps can go to 90, and sometimes it's more fun to just level to 90/play endgame than stick around at 24. That's why I moved on. Hitting the same hotkeys just got really boring. Now my previous 24 spriest is a 72 disc and I love it 5,000x more than I did when it was twinked. just saying.

What I said... challenge. When I would solo queue on a 24 WARLOCK, it was a challenge. This was during the last months of the CATA HUNTER'S reign. 20 or 24, playing a lock was a CHALLENGE. So... like I said... enjoy a good challenge?

PS: You had a 90 run you through ICC for the ribbin, something that's not supposed to be available to f2ps.

How do you know? I coulda had a group of 40 f2ps raid it. You have no proof I had any p2ps involved! :cool:

if you played hunter in cata you don't get the right to complain about 24s, the new chants, or guild boa's on f2ps.

IF F2P FOLKS WANT THE BRACKET TO END, LET ME KNOW.

I will resub and play my 24s!!! hehe... just kidding.
 
I must say guys, I'm having a blast one shotting AP mages for 1500. Nightstalker is getting buffed next patch...I'm getting all of these new enchants! The good lief!!!!!!
 
people will still play f2p no-matter what. people use all sorts of crap products just because they're free.
 
My L20 prot pally is fairly decked out and most of the time it takes several players to take me down. I'm not too worried, except for enchants that make certain classes (shadow priest, rogue, holy pally) even more powerful than they already are.

Let us not forget though the core mantra of successful games, and that is support and teamwork. It may be that the L20's will have to start communicating better and finding ways to link up with each other.
