NOTE: The username that you put in between the BBCode markup is CASE-SENSITIVE. Please keep that in mind!
I have just added a BBCode which will allow you embed your live stream from Twitch.tv and Justin.tv.
The code is [JTV] <Insert Name of Channel/User Here -- NOT THE FULL LINK> [/ JTV] (extra space in between the slash and the J at the end there so it does not think I am trying to embed that text!).
There is also a BBCode image link that will put in the BBCode for you. It has a little 'JTV' emblem on it.
