I have done the scenario, it was a lot of zerging about the the red X on the map, killing some spawns then a final boss. didnt loot anything to note https://www.wowhead.com/ptr-2/item=226080/timely-tourists-greaves these are 84 at 20.Also tried the world bosses at 20, they are level ?? and hit pretty hard, and I couldnt make a dent on their HP.

This is great news. As a vet with years of built up currency along alts, I can't wait.
 
The preview video says that queuing the BRD LFR requires 30+ and being part of a premade team requires max level. Everything else is available to 10s, except for the world bosses requiring 15. That includes 10s queuing for TW dungeons.

I have a hunch that the "new" dungeons are going to be part of the regular TW cycle, with 10s being able to queue TW dungeons and 30s being able to queue into LFR versions of TW raids becoming the new norm.

Pretty sure he says level 30, not item level.

So gear obtained below level 30 will still be req 30. That’s how I understand it at least.

We should still unlock the mogs tho
 
Is there a discord page with the channel dedicated to this? This would be amazing to run raids or dungeons with 20s

Raid is level 30+ for LFR and Max level for Normal and Heroic so we won't be able to run that
But I assume you can use the XPOff Disc / Twinkcraft Disc / Wow20 for Timewalking groups
Maybe also the Timewalking Discord, even tho they are not happy about this change they may find a way to still be OP in them
