Perhaps all of this chaotic verbiage has unfolded exactly as you planned, and you've secretly never been happier? Or... perhaps not.

3) What I will do, however... is simply request that you take a few slow breaths, and then ask yourself what you actually want?

...because whatever "that" is, I find it extremely difficult to believe that this:
