WOD Rares ilvl44 Drops have been fixed

Did a bunch of WoD rares today, mainly Gorgrond, everything I looted was 25 :/
I should have been more thorough, and note exactly which ones it was, sorry. That said, there were some cloacks/neck pieces, for what it's worth.

Yee. You can only get neck cloak and ringa from rares as 44 ilvl still. Everything eles is 25

Well that's the problem, the cloacks/neck pieces I got were lvl 25...Gonna try to see if "consort's promise ring" is 25 or 44. I'll report wether or not they've all been fixed.

it has to be apexis rares. others will not be ilvl 44. my existing ilvl 44s has not been nerfed though

Quick question on the Apexis rares..Somes are locked behind a questline I assume? Pardon my ignorance, but I never had to play through Draenor.
I can see some of the 44 item lvl Rares, like giblette (got the cloak!), but others like the consort ring one, nadaa.

The rares in talador are phased but they can be done by having a lvl 50 kite them to the edge of the phase then having your twink tag the mob if you cant loot it the drop will be mailed to you

I'm EU, and at very odd hours. Appreciate the offer! But I'll be fine, just going through the quests very fast. Having the pieces from Legion helps tremendously already.

i am horde US and just tried for an hour to figure out the phasing how to tag the rare elites and we cannot figure it out.

Ilvl 44 apexis rares are now phased out of being seen for toons under 19/20. Please comment if you can verify otherwise.
I just checked both Demidos and Hoarfrost, and neither were spawned, so I logged to my 20 twink to fly over and check phasing, and both were spawned. I immediately logged out, in flight, while over them and relogged my 10 who could not see either. WM was off for both, and same server.

I was doing Hoarfrost and Gibb just 6 hours ago on 6 of my lvl10-19.. They were still there .. I didn't use any higher lvl characters to accompany these 6, I still get the rings and cloak as ilvl44.. Please verify they have indeed change in the last 6 hours

This is a well known bug with rare spawns that’s been around since Cata I think. When on a flightpath you can see them if they’re up on one of the shards/phases but that doesn’t mean it’s up on your particular one. It can be if you’re lucky, but you need to actually land and check to be sure.

That's not gonna happen. As Sergey said, it's been like that for ages. Not even a bug, just a different phase in flight than it is when you land.

i just now logged in on my 20 paladin and i see demidos, so we're good.

I can verify that both of those rares still work. Maybe it has to do with your Chromie Time phase?
