To all guilds afraid of premading NHF or premading in general

I've been trying since pre-BG release in classic to build a full team, and do 10v10 premades.

We currently have over 40 19twinks, but have an inconsistent playerbase, different people on every week.
No one wants to commit to a 10 man premade, everyone just wants to have fun (which is fine, everyone can enjoy how they want.)
We currently have a core 5 and are still recruiting on thunderfury.

I hope one day I can play everyone in 10v10

Probably not, considering we haven't done any premades today and I am 6-0 on pugging today
