I'm deffinitly going to be investing in a personal trainer in the near future I have a family freind that does body building competitions and what not so ile probaly be hitting him up in the near future. Patience is key thoughGood to see you taking control of your health, man.
I'll tell you the same things I told all my weight loss clients:
1. Be patient. It took you a long time to get where you are. It will take you a long time to get where you want to be
2. Generate a caloric deficit by working more, rather than eating less, though you need to eat less as well. The general point is, don't starve yourself. You'll fuck up your metabolism and your hormone production. Go bang some weights (see #3)
3. Invest in a personal trainer or coach that knows what the fuck they're doing. Any asshole can make you sweaty and tired and in the beginning that will be enough. But get with someone who has a plan for when that approach stops working.
4. Fucking. Be. Patient.
I feel that man Thanks for the positivityI never really knew you that well and probably played against you a few times but I want to say I really respect your decision and the progress you've made and I'm proud of you. I've used this game as an escape too; to escape depression, and more importantly a real life that was too overwhelming to deal with.
It takes a lot to not only realize what isn't working for you in life, but more so to make changes and try to better yourself. Take all of that drive and passion you had for wsg/twinking/wow and channel it into bettering yourself and being the best thotfc you can be!
There's a whole world out there man, and honestly it's pretty awesome. This next chapter is going to be the best one yet

Im sure i will be going eventually i just wanna lose another 30 lbs or so before i start going to the gym and feel comftorable with the scale potentially going back up due to muscle gain. Im built like a gym junkie so my body puts on muscle like its nobodys buisness i learned that in high school when i was playing football.You ought to start going to the gym now so that your body prioritizes keeping the muscle that it already has - resultantly, a higher percentage of your weight loss will come from fat.

Big oof I'm not the one to judge when I'm sitting here on break with an empty keg that I'm about to go drop off and get a new one for the weekend.As important excercise is for a huge variety of super important issues it pales in comparison to diet when it comes to weight. Its crazy to me how much actual food some people consume, I only really eat about one full meal most days and not a great lot else.......I just dont feel hungry for much more outside that and maybe some fruit/nuts. I do have the capacity to drink to much coffee or coke if its in my fridge, although I dont buy soda that often
Def drink to much alcohol though though from time to time I guess everyone has a vice of some sort
