Yeah but the armor value is still higher than the "leather gear". This will be Allybeboba's response xde
 
For the mail naysayers....
Do you or do you not wear mail heirlooms as a shaman? Yes or no?
Do you or do you not use a shield as a shaman? Yes or no?
Would you be rediculed here on TI if you used a heirloom staff and leather as a shaman and asked for a rating? Yes or no?

Can't transmog the Mail heirlooms on my shaman. As a result, they're automatically not BiS.
 
JCM wasn't led by a single individual. Different people made different calls, it really just depended on who saw the appropriate call to make. Ezeron made a lot of clutch calls, though. He's not nearly over-rated, he's just that good.

A level 19 Discipline priest has an entire three healing spells and two of them are instant. One of them had no CD. A Discipline should always be at the top of the chart, period. They have nothing else to do. They can't can't CC, can't dispel, can't interrupt...nothing. Sure, they put a some damage pressure out. I just find playing Disc Priest boring at level 19. Some people may love them, but I feel they are too limited. Then again, I could care less about "topping the charts". I don't have the need to stroke my epeen as many here do.

Make no mistake about it, Agonist is a good 19 wsg hunter. More of a big fish in a little pond than being overrated, though.
