Something new to 5.4 (May have also been in last expansion but I cant remember).

It doesn't involve alot of parkor jumping, It is pretty basic in that regard. HORDE ONLY

Start:

You then jump from that post to the top of the cage, while mounted.

Afterword, you queue for a Dungeon or Battleground, and either instantly leave or stay till the end and leave, upon re-entry into Orgrimmar...

I've created a few of my own, the Horde friendly routes seem to be lacking a little.
Undercity:
Route 1, Bridges are for Chumps! (Really Easy)
Start: Undercity, Ruins of Lordaeron: 66.2, 4.7

No checkpoint for this one, it should be pretty obvious already.

Route 2, The Overcity (Easy)
Start: Tirisfal Glades, Ruins of Lordaeron: 59.7, 72.4

I used the Speed of Light 70% speed boost on this, but it may be possible without any boosts.
There is also an alternative route passing through the checkpoint to the end.

There are many ways to get to the end, every way to get there is accepted (except flying ofcourse =)
