tbh it hasn't been good in cata nor start of mop to this day but it sure was better in cata than it is now, at least activity wise

Just my 2cents if someone wants to throw in some bucks for advertisement:

1 - Make a professional looking video about how it is to play and be a twink (19s);
2 - Upload the video on YouTube (upload it normal way, boost it with a little bit of SEO, to get natural traffic);
3 - Advertise the video on YouTube (You'll have to pay to do that) https://www.youtube.com/yt/advertise/;
4 - Input keywords: "19 twink, twink 19, warcraft twinks 19, world of warcraft 19 twinks, etc";

You'll get both NATURAL and PAID traffic to your video. Both depends on how much you'll be putting into it. But well, I doubt that there are any generous folks out there enough to cover such expenses.To get new people you'll depend on the budget of your campaign, and how much you're confortable to spend per click/view.

All in all, you'll have to spend some cash to get some extra activity to the bracket this way. So this method is only for the guys feeling philanthropists.

19s games quality = shit. Why would anyone with any self respect want to queue for them.

Again, you're ignoring WHY things are the way they are. You want things to get better, things have to change first.

As for ingame advertisement and longevity, people will need a solid guild on both Horde and Ally side, that funds twinks, that way it will keep people interested. This reminds me of WotLK (3.3.5), when Draenor was the mecca of 19 twinking, even after the cross-server BGs. We had strict engagement policies on both H/A sides, including WPvP, premades/semi-premades, etc. Good times.

You should only advertise something if it's worth advertising. But I'm not sure how things are, it's just my input from a professional advertiser.

funding isnt really worth it anymore with BoAs being so crucial and the ability to cross realm que.
as for mochas "home server theory" also kinda redundant as a lot of realms are merged together so whatever server you're on people are going to see your twink. just dueling in goldshire should cause a lot of exposure on many realms not just your home.

it would be nice to have guilds spread out like the old days.. but people feel less and less inclined to take that leadership position i suppose.
even with servers with horde and alliance on both side the stuff between them is usually restricted to wargames

OT: 19s are dying because they are bad, and have been since cata. 5.4 has nothing to do with it.

yes u are correct that is why we need to take preemptive measures to ensure the twinks survival until skirmish comes out

we cannot allow pizzas grand plan of moving the bracket to the 24 bracket occur 19s must live on
 
U know you want mounts. Just kidding. I've talked to several 24s who tried 19s first and could not deal with the queue times. I wish you guys luck.

heh - personally i find the best aspect of 19s the fact there is no mounts, makes it unique from every other bracket

It's upsetting that they introduced travel form though... While other classes didn't have mounts... Who's brilliant idea was that lol.

im a huge fan of 108% speed for all classes. Makes strategizing positioning more game changing.

sure now most classes have other forms of movement, but I loved the no mount aspect back before travel and gw.
