What are the rules regarding DDOSing? I personally find it pretty pathetic that some people would stoop as low as to DDOS the person hosting and putting in money for the tournament.

What you quoted is all done in-game. A DDOS attack is done outside of the game. I believe you fail to understand what a DDOS attack is.

The second part of your post confuses me as well, because the reason I decided to bring it up is because it was mentioned by someone who just joined the bracket recently - in June. I'm not sure if you device can not view images, but I provided a SS (Screenshot) of a new player who recently joined the bracket talking about it. As far as I am aware, patch 5.3 was not last month.

As believable as that is, he also mentioned "when we q into him in the tournament". You stated 'had the paladin on focus', when he was talking about the future. I also find it suspicious that he says this right after he says he is lagging and there is talk of him possibly being DDOSed.

You might think you are being sly but I see right through you like glass.

Hi just want to touch on this topic to make sure on the rules. I'm assuming all 10 people in the WSG will have to be level 19 and none of this lower level scaling stuff. If you can confirm this thanks.
 
I am not sure if you can do wargames with a low level scaled player. but if you are able I dont see why you wouldnt be able to.

Not sure what you mean by " I dont see why you wouldnt be able to". If you are saying it should be allowed, then I disagree with that. You can get some absurd stats with gear scaling on lower level twinks making some classes better to run at lower levels compared to 19 (Massive amounts of crit, haste, etc.). With this being a "19 Twink Competition" I don't see why non- 19 twinking would be allowed.

First off, this is the 15-19 bracket, meaning any level in the bracket can be twinks, secondly there is a reason why they are not popular, to make them effective you need very specific gear and they are good at only one or two things. I am not the one who makes the rules nor have really any say in the matter but I dont see why a lvl 15/16 twink would not be allowed to compete. But with that said I dont think you can wargame with a low lvl twink on your team, or else they would have already been seen in other premades.

"19 Twink Competition" is not mentioned anywhere in the original post or the title. It is posted in the 15-19 bracket section of twinkinfo.com. Just because the majority of the bracket is level 19 does not mean that there are no level 15-18 twinks in the bracket.

This is no different than someone complaining about Guardian Druids being allowed because they can move faster than any other FC class.
