i have had my rogue for some years now. and the lvl19 bracket is getting pretty inactive in my opinion. is it worth lvlup to 20 and if i do will i play with F2P players or is it like lvl19 i will only play with player that have locked their exp?
Like they've said. Reroll. With looms it won't be long at all before you're level 29. If you decide on that bracket. However, you will be playing with both, f2ps and 29s. But the balancing has really fixed a lot of op issues.
