I know its totally lameeee to rip a piece of art straight from google images, but I'd like a variation of this to be my first tattoo:

Not many people know this about me, but basketball is most definitely my greatest passion and I think something along the lines of this would be a dope first tattoo.

I got this done about a year and a half ago, for no specific reason besides the fact I like foxes lmao. I plan to save up and turn it into a half sleeve, with a forest-like background.

Otherwise I really love cats, and I plan to get some small tattoos here and there of little outlines of them.

Only reason I dont have any is because I always wanted to wait and make sure I was certain that I wouldn't regret getting something done. I look back on my high school days, thinking of the times I walked into tattoo shops with the most retarded ideas and cherish the fact I never gotten them put on me.

Yea, Ill snap some photos today. They aint great, so I actually try to keep them underwraps when people take pictures. I was looking last night and couldnt really find any shots of them.

That said man, look. All three of them were done at various phases in my life when those things were important to me. Theyre cheap tattoos and legit, you get what you pay for. They're also, conceptually, terrible ideas. But I love that they're there. I hate them but I dont regret them. Dont be afraid to get work done that appeals to you today. It may not appeal to you in ten years but it is also a daily reminder of your growth and change as an individual.

That, and even Anthony Bourdain had some terrible tattoos and he was the coolest guy on earth. So theres that.

flash coy fishes swimming on left arm, bottle of booze with playing cards(mans ruin)on right. arms pieces done at friends houses at kitchen tables and in garages. first tattoo was a skull on my shoulder and ive decided every tattoo from now on will also be skulls and only in black and grey no more color.

I got my degree in philosophy with a specialization in logic. In my twenties i was a very hardcore "logic and reason" bro so I got some symbolic logic modifiers tattood in a very prominent place. Im a materialist today and place a lot less emphasis on logic and reason and I'm deeply embarrassed by being even moderately associated with the internet fuckboys who run around screaming about "logic and reason and facts dont care about your feels" because 1) they dont know logic and 2) who the fuck cares.

So these days I just nod my head and smile when people tell me they like my Fifth Element tattoo.

Just absolute dogshit. Im a huge Firefly fan but this tattoo was spur on the moment, not planned and gotten at the first tattoo parlor I drove past that day. Ribs are some prime tattoo real estate and I went and wasted it on what is essentially a black blob. Maybe one day I'll get the independents flag inked around it for some color and so it kinda makes sense as a silhouette. I also want everyone to know that I spelled "silhouette" right on the first try.
