Rerolling many f2ps for it. But does it require reaching lvl20 before looting it? Don't want to waste the leveling time if i can test my luck at lvl10

It can drop w socket and terts so it might be worthwhile to refill for those as well. And yes you can get it @10. I just used allied races to make it easier for my druid.

i'm quite sure the drop rate is much lower than 40%. 4 failure, 1 success. Each failure= 4-5 hours painful leveling time.

4-5 hours to do the draenor intro lololol wtf? Bwahahahhahaha

it drops 44 for *any* and *all* levels. Just get there ASAP, if it doesn’t drop rehash. This isn’t a 4-5 hour process by any stretch of any means.

imagine people were doing this countless times in hopes of a gem slot proc. To think those people took hours per toon. Preposterous!

can’t wait till they nerf this shit...

Are there any faster method?
I guess i have to be at least lvl10 to have the dark portal quest available. It takes a few hours for me to complete all the Elwynn forest quests to reach lvl10.

You need to be 10, that's it. Either via Allied Race or leveling to 10, otherwise pretty sure you can't loot him.
Get to 10, take Portal to Warspear. Swim/Fly to Bramble and kill. No intro needed.

Also you can skip the intro. Just accepted the quest to take to to the Blasted Lands. Drop the follow up and walk though the portal. It puts you at the "building your garrison" quest.

How does a warforged Bramble staff look like? Is it more than ilvl44?

Compared to the ilvl 44: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/bleeding-hollow/dirtydèedz

Batting 60% here. 3 success, 2 failures. Out of the 3 success, one was warforged.

Just bad luck on your drop rate. :(

It could be bad luck but I'm on 6 (I think) failures so far on a level 10 or 11 druid.

Edit: it dropped on the next re-roll

Just extra 0.3 dps? Is it worth it to reroll for it? I am assuming the drop rate is rather low.
It's +1 on the damage range, which is a RNG roll when you attack. This is different than a + damage wep enchant, which is applied after the roll. Overall your roll should be higher as you have better numbers to select from but it's still RNG. My guess on order of importance:

+12 leech/speed (depending on class)
Socket
Warforged
Regular

I don't think anyone has gotten a double proc?

What are the odds of getting any of those modifiers? Anybody has an idea?
What are the odds that it matters when you can get a toon there in less than an hour?

If you want it, do it. Prolly take less effort than asking on and keeping track of a forum post...
