Staff of the One True Bramble King

It took me 18 Druid toons to finally drop the damn staff. 18 Attempts to cross from Ashran and go swimming to Shadowmoon Valley, 5 times forgot to get the hearth stone meaning I had to swim all the way to Ashran, and forgot to unlock the flightpath to Ashran lmao. (The attempt is much easier on alliance side, but im strictly horde)

I'm in agreement with @shanker @Germinus and @Magrain . My druids are like 3/15 on drops, whereas my hunters are about 5/10. Definitely some conspiracy against druids.

Hunters still will have unparalleled kit @ 20, don't think anyone will shed a tear for them. I will gladly pour one out for my bramble spell spell shaman if they nerf existing staffs though; well worth the trade.

Are there any faster method?
I guess i have to be at least lvl10 to have the dark portal quest available. It takes a few hours for me to complete all the Elwynn forest quests to reach lvl10.

kill murlocs in goldshire til you ding 10. Portal to ashran and swim to shadowmoon valley. Takes less time than questing.

get to lvl 10, talk to the vanguard amge in the mage tower/portalroom. take quest from khadgar then delete quest then walk through portal. boom instant smv if alliance. If horde then portal to ashran and swim.

I got the staff today on my lvl 10 monk. Initially, it was ilvl44, got few levels with it and after the relog it dropped to ilvl19. So it seems it has been nerfed on live as well.

Logged onto my level 24 farmer monk on live, the staff was immediately ilvl 30. Seems like existing staves are not safe either. Rejoice! (or despair if you were relying on the staff)
