on a sidenote, wod jewelcrafting... whats the gain out of it since we can do that without mining?( Garrison mine) Still stuck on the enchanting grind and don't have much time for other profs

I think its only +2 secondary gems via the JC building? and a quick search here: https://www.wowhead.com/jewelcrafting#draenor-designs looks like its a bit of a grind to get some mediocre +4 secondary stat gems through the actual prof.

Dont worry, the TBC steady talasite grind isnt actually as bad as you think it is.
 
Is there any 500 IQ catch to mine adamantite veins efficiently? Whenever I go to Nagrand or Netherstorm to look for them, they're always gone. I use Gathermate2 with the TBC imported data so that I know each spot, then I rotate the entire map searching for veins, but they mostly show up as red circles in the mini map, meaning they've been mined already. I got like 100 ores or so at best I think.

If you've got a 60 to carry you/dual box then the mana tombs/shadow labs/crypts have nodes in them and you can run in, clear to nodes, mine, run out, reset.

Or you can do what I did and just pick one of the ogre caves in the middle of nagrand and just sit in it for a couple days farming ogres and mining nodes. But Im not sure if thats 500 IQ or -500 IQ.

Holy cow, that first strat sounds nice, I didn't think of that at all lmao. I can't dual box but I play a Hunter, so if I'm patient enough I could go in alone and abuse feign death and shadowmeld to mine veins, I guess? Sounds like a bit of a slog, but probably better than doing circles through Nagrand in hopes of finding veins I think? Hm, might try it!

The cave strat actually doesn't sound like a bad idea because out of all the places that I've searched for nodes in Nagrand, the ogre caves were the ones that most constantly had them available. The respawn timer is around 5 minutes or so per node though, right?

Well, I'll try shit out and see how it goes. Thanks for the ideas.
 
yeah farming adamante ore is actually really easy, I just ran between the 2 ogre caves by halaa, I am almost exalted with the kuranei now as well.

Also I keep seeing rogues with MS on boots when they already get 15% from fleet footed, seems like a waste as I am pretty sure MS on boots does not stack with fleetfooted.

and item level 25 is below minimum? I see many twinks with mark of hidden satyr on ilvl 242-5 necks. How they do it?
This enchant is also in this guide , so maybe worth adding something about item level requirement

unless something has VERY recently changed then Hidden Satyr goes on ilvl 25 necklaces just fine.
 
i read somewhere that the place you obtained it from matters. i cant remember if it was on this site or somewhere else. the example given were pvp vendor items bought with mark of honor. the same item if bought in orgrimmar will work, but if bought in wintergrasp will say you are too low level. but that is vendor item, im not sure how that affects enchants, or items bought from AH
