To get a vet twink DH, you'd just run it through the starting zone on an inactive account, xfer to an active account when youre finished and then xfer it back to your inactive account once its enchanted/geared.

Youre out $50 but you have a vet DH
 
Or... what about warlock summons (or dungeon party stone summons)? Will that work?

Later today or tomorrow, I might be available to help test that on PTR, if there’s enough volunteers.

want 2H winfury enhance to work, but you know they will just make it terrible :(

what's enchant scaling looking like on the ptr? we still gonna be looking for major spellpower to weap?
 
Enchant scaling is a difficult one in that obtainable weapons, including artifact will increase high enough in ilvl to outgrow non bfa enchants.

obviously you can enchant the artifact prior to upgrading it.

I’m really happy with ele force In this expac

I’ve heard reports that 5 sp isn’t correctly applying stats (can’t test Anymore because my weapon is too high ilvl)
 
These are the Dungeons you currently can enter at lvl 10. Also the Ilvl 44 items from Legion is not fixed, they fixed the BFA items first

DKs that have party syncd into 20 bracket have not been gamebreaking, few rare times they shine due to being in a group of premade vet20s, either intentional or by accidental luck.

DHs though are game breaking due to utility and mobility, if they know how to use it, especially as a FC with double jumps, glide, etc in a WSG flagroom, going from floor, to second floor, then to roof. there is little to no counter from other classes at level 20.
the DH by a landslide show a major flaw in the current party sync that blizzard created.

have you tried to do the prepatch event stuff on a low level?

i saw 4-5 days ago there is a 34 slot bag that can drop off a elite in ice crown. in the past all levels were able to tag elites on prepatch events and get drops
 
I understand that weapon enchants might pose a problem for legion class weapon but are BIS enchants staying as they are now for other pieces of gear or is there going to be a shakeup in ilvl that will give us greater access to other enchants?

Its all the same, though they scale really poorly considering the gear that it increasingly looks like we'll have access to. Putting +2 stam on ilvl 77 bracers...

I mean, take it where you can lol.

I think this xpac, enchants that provide procs/effects will be better than raw stats. IE minor speed and gift to cloak combo is probably preferable to stats to cloak and earthen vitality. The better move speed > whatever like 2 stats youll lose. Ele force > SP or agi to weapon, etc.

Been testing 2-Windfury on the PTR, and it seems stronk asf. And since Primal strike is re-introduced we don't really gimp our ability-toolkit by choosing a 2h.

Prot Pala is also one of the specs that scale incredibly well, dmg wise.
