You need to have a level 80+ toon enter the raid before you do. That's the only requirement.

A hint for farming Precious Ribbon: she respawns about every 30 minutes. It makes it much easier than trying to kill her only once per week.

Yeah, that works. I've always found it easier to just afk out and do something else while I'm waiting for her to respawn. Whatever floats your boat.

I would imagine your friend meant you had to have an ICC lock out that had killed up to Deathbringer Saurfang. That way you can port straight up over and over. Up to 10 times per hour now.

it's only on Barthilas (Oceanic) server, and you can only transfer from Horde to Alliance.
but hey, i think i'll make a horde drood just so i can transfer it over, so i can have BiS
