let me do the math on ur lvl10 vs 30... to be spell hit capped u need 66%.

vs lvl80: 216%
vs lvl90: 246%

Where did you find it? Google didn't show me the way

From WoW, though it only shows from 20-23 or 24 it scales up like that, since MoP was released iirc.

But don't you need to be hit capped as if you were lvl 24? Since you'll be "lvl 24" in BG

to Buckeye's suggestion, do you want a female goat shaman who already has most dung/quest gear? just got blessed hammer; you can keep trading it in and buying it back til enough JP for devout hammer. has all bags 16slotted, some mog stuff. took Sheeld of Stockades; havne't gotten either LFH or WBFH (or Stendel's . . and still needs good bracers).

oh, and a belf hunter w/ LFH, AGM and the wrong (but right for mog) chest boa. on veco.

I'm wondering how [MENTION=1027]lofi[/MENTION] is doing his ranking and I would love to make a similiar (yet several times smaller) ranking for the Neutral Pandaren - just level and achievements if set to "character only"

Anyone got any idea?

Look up Doubleagent in the armory. Lvl 80 neutral Pandaren Shaman.

The guy also has a lvl 55 or so neutral hunter. That one is going to 69 so he can tame the two exotic pets exclusive to the wandering isle.
