Account on retail WoW banned

I dont know why but my account got banned when i checked today, blizz did not sent me an email about why it was banned, not sure if this is a bug or what. Anyone have any info about what to do?

Make a ticket and ask wtf is up?

Had that happen multiple times, just open up Web-Chat, they can tell you why you got banned and for how long.

Nah, it was because I found way to get on top of the wrong side of the roof in the Ally flag room. I have been accused of hacking several times for being so OP... but in reality, I don't even use addons.
