Well for Ally I personally would go Human so you can have trinket spots for an AGM or even two if you wanted. Mages get hit pretty damn hard so it's always nice to have a nice chunk of health to stay alive longer allowing you to do the dps needed. Also, you can get the Riot Stick from the Stocks on ally which is a really good replacement for the BoA. I have never played fire and I actually don't see many people playing it so I can't say much about that.
As for gear, just take a look at the f2p section and under 'Rate A Twink' you will find many BiS mages. Take a look around at each one's gear selection and use that as a starting point.

I know this is off-topic since it's for a 19 twink. but i find you guys answer more fast. I managed to get a hold on a Gloomshroud Armor, and wonder wheter i should use it on my 19 Rogue. Would that be BiS with the current scaling over a BoA chest (crit set) ??

gloomshroud scales 13-6-9, the boa 9-13-9, so crit is the same but you get more agility with gloomshroud, for rogue gloomshroudh seems preferable
 
Mobile racial Abilities are best suited with mage classes, seeing as survivability seems to be their biggest obstacle.

Even though they are squishy, they can be slippery, and a great support class with consistent damage, dots, slows, cc and polymorph.

Not the best class for a 1 v 1 but Iv'e seen great mages in team fights and battlegrounds.

- Night Elf Mage (escape): Blink > Shadowmeld > Polymorph/Mount

- Worgens can be used as mobile casters.

- Iv'e seen some great goblin mages too.

I think I would also like the challenge of playing a mage and also being unique seeing as barely anyone plays them in our bracket, but the bracket is as balanced as it's ever been, so now is the time to try one.

Hey guys I was just given the quest The Alliance Needs Roast Raptor! - Quest - World of Warcraft from a BG, I know its GF'ed so I'm going to keep it.

Is there a list of rare gf'ed quests that low level twinks can obtain as collectibles?

Also can someone send me a quest that iv'e already done? hence giving me a second go at certain quest gear I vendored ages ago.

Well im f2p so... i dont think im eligible for dailies or warscouts, however on the ptr i am currently hunting for shado-pan rep, been doing the quests and dailies.

So looks like my only option on f2p is a dungeon a day for 200 rep points

Warbringers and warscouts drop rep tokens that you can loot and use on a f2p. Though it requires p2p help obviously.

warbringer and warscouts also spawn in townlong steppes, jade forest, kun-lai summit and karrasang wilds.
 
With the Fishing daily quest 'http://www.wowhead.com/quest=29347/live-bait' (in Ironforge).

Can I constantly keep this quest on me? giving me the bait that turns my character red? or does it reset every day since its a daily?
