how would i go about making a macro for this

but is there a way to make a macro to ambush then change weapons into my sinister strike spam without me missing a beat

I believe it triggers a gcd while switching weapons but I'm not entirely sure as I don't need to that much on my hunt. The best way I would think would be what lay is saying and making an equipment set with the weapons you want and then binding them on your action bar somewhere

Any suggestion to avoid those Dominate Mind like from Arathi Basin's LM down the cliff?

smeld just as they get the cast off. The better I get with smeld the more I believe it can be the best racial in the game. Have smelded mind control, avengers, mind blast, aimed shot and alot of smaller dmging moves. Let them cast it then at like 95% through the cast you smeld it perfectly and it will use their cd and you won't get mc'd.

Also you can simply trinket it or use your pet stun (not intim the actual pet stun) if you have one and break their cast but mainly just stay away from the edge and stay near the building thing and normally the MC won't have enough time to reach the bliff

Any suggestion to avoid those Dominate Mind (DM) like from Arathi Basin's LM down the cliff?
Besides Lil's mention, other tactics to counter those include:

-Block his line of sight (LoS), or move farther than his cast range while he/she is casting. The walls of the big structure at LM help block LoS.
-(As Lil mentioned) Fight him/her far away from the cliff, for when he/she does control you, there won't be enough time to drop you off the cliff.
-If you see a priest DM a teammate, take advantage of the fact that the priest in question CCed him/herself while DMing. Punish that player.

The first two, among other possibilities, are ways of countering a Dominate Minder without wasting those precious racial/interrupt/hard-cc/trinket CDs.

Oh, if you are going to interrupt, interrupt quickly after the DM was casted, so DM drs with that player if the priest tries to do another DM, unless the situation calls for otherwise (like a priest doing that to interrupt a crucial heal, or possible others).

There is no avoiding MC, especiaIIy if you're meIee - you're going to have to fight near the edge, and you're going to get MCed off

@ IiI - there is no CD on MC anymore

@ everyone eIse, either kiII aII priests and eIe shamans quickIy or you're going to be at the bottom of the cIiff

and if it's a hoIy priest, you're gonna get chastised + DMed

my onIy suggestion is to focus priests first, and to stay far from the edge and trinket immediateIy if you get DMed, b/c the second time you get DMed it's onIy 4 seconds due to diminishing returns, and it isn't enough to run you off if you're far from the edge - but the first DM of 8 seconds is enough to run you pretty far even if you're trying to stay away from the edge, and most ppI don't trinket against me untiI they see I'm about to jump them off, then they're too cIose to the edge anyway and my second MC of 4 seconds is enough to send them off the cIiff of destiny as I Iike to caII it

just go to mines instead

Is it grandfathered to get Rune of Perfection as Priest? I can't seem to find it in the store, but I see people running around with it.

Thanks,

No. Just set your talentsettings up to 'all' in the top-left corner of the trade window. Then it'll show.

Meet the Quartermaster at Silverwing Grove or the camp up the road near the Morshan Rampart at Northern Barren. If you can't find it then change the item type on top right into "All"(Normally it shows your class there). Priest is suitable for 1 AGM and Trinket of the Alliance or the Horde.
