None of the racials increase inscription by 25.
I think he was responding to me, because I said that f2p's only could lvl their profs to 100, but ofc some racials gives the race the ability to lvl a prof to 115.
I was considering making a f2p toon. Are there any classes in short supply on the horde side?
Classes that are in short supply are often the underpowered classes, but if you're ready to roll a class that will be having a hard time in BG's, I'd say enhanve shamans, shadow priests, ret palas :)
C-C-C-Combobreaker

I think a crit combat rogue would do more damage unless you plan on sitting on someone for 5 days waiting for your evis to crit.

also someone needs to test long term dps of assasination vs combat rogue on a druid or something to figure out what would be best glass cannon rogue spec.
Isn't it mostly about doing good burst dmg? I think sublety is best, because of the weak finisher assasins got.
Yea that is what I was thinking, possible macroing (wouldnt be that difficult) to change weapons upon doing eviscerate.
But you have to consider that when switching weps the gcd is triggered.

Please which EU server/s have active F2P community?
Twisting Nether for alliance and Aggramar for horde :) I thin Stavie is trying to build a team on Laughing Skull horde too :)
Quel' Thalas.
Never heard of anyone from there...

You think right bro
it's going sweet

This seems like a no brainer for me but just making sure..

7 sta 2 agi constantly or a 4% less chance to be dodged

2 agil is pretty minor, and I find the extra stam unnecessary most of the time with hunter range/mobility. Foreman's is BiS imo with Naga Battle Gloves being used situationally for a survivability set (i.e solo returning inside a base against 2 prot pallies, FCing, etc). I generally have enough survivability without the 7 stam. 5 expertise > 2 agil.

If you had zero hit on your gear, would you take 5 hit or 2 agil? It just comes down to whether or not you value hit/expertise (and if you don't, I wont be alone in saying you're wrong :))

Foremans is 2% reduced chance of being dodged and about 2.71% outside of bgs, It will also give you 5 spell hit, there is no question about it. Naga would be better for FC set tho.

Is there a working version of the Icicle addon, I used to like it, they stopped updating it though.

I use the old version with my updated TidyPlates and it works just fine, just load outdated addons :)

Will give Broken's VCDs a try though <:

Edit: VCDs does the exact same thing as my Icicle but I can configure the latter so I will probably not use VCD

I love you for having Naruto all over your TI posts! <3

(And btw, I had a 20 on LS but I deleted it, because it was so empty :/)

Ya I just for foreman's a month ago so I've been testing it out in bgs to find how exp scales.. Like I said I figured it would be a no brainer but better safe then sorry

It's actually around a 4% chance to be reduced. Without it you have around a 7.5% chance to be dodged and with it you have around a 3.5% chance to be dodged. Scaling is weird with it but those are the numbers according to recount with over 4k shots fired so I think it's pretty accurate

Just remember that different targets have different dodge chances. Recount will only be reliable if you shoot targets with the same dodge chance, shoot at one rogue with evasion (or without even), and your statistics become flawed.

I'd rather trust the character screen, this isn't Diablo II, you know. :)

If you tested by shooting at the same target dummy then ignore my comment of course.

I need to get this Precious' Ribbon.

How do you do?

Feel free to post any future questions in here so it saves room from simple 1 question threads.

To answer your question though it's quite easy. You need a person that is level 80+ to help. 2 90s is plenty and shouldn't need anymore then that. You get the level 80+ person to walk into ICC 10 regular then you can walk in right after on your f2p. Then the 90s have to clear up to the 4th boss (the boss right after the gunship) then after that is precious. You kill precious BUT BE SURE NOT TO KILL FESTERGUT or precious won't be able to be reset.

After killing precious you go to the start and go out of the raid then the raid leader resets it. After that you enter and take the closest portal and you go kill precious again. You can continue killing just precious as many times as you want per weekly reset. On avg it will take roughly 45 minutes to get up to precious the first time then it could take anywhere from 1 precious kill up to 40 I think is the highest.

The terrible luck of not getting it from week 1 of Icecrown Citadel in Wrath to date on my Druid - however, did get it on an alt in Cataclysm

Does reporting players for gem use actually ever work?

Questionable, would have to be something like Deadvulcano did about spell hit where a massive amount of people complain about something - not that Blizzard gives a fuck about a f2p complaining about something a p2p did.

On battle.net it says "We will not tolerate the use of hacks or cheats in our games." and
"rest assured that every report is read and reviewed." I want to believe.

How do you get all the darkmoon quest items? I've got maybe two from looting corpses in BG's, and another two from dungeon bosses.
